Our Off Market Property Listing Service is not often discussed, as the point of the Off Market Listing Service is the owners requirement for absolute privacy.
Whether a property owner simply doesn’t want nosy neighbours knowing their business, or perhaps the property is vacant or a deceased estate and security is a concern or even that the owner is a sports personality or TV celebrity, sometimes people just want things to be kept private.
For these clients, we have a long established Undisclosed Property Listing Service that enables owners to market their homes without the need to have them listed on the open market and visible across the world on the internet and Social Media.
Undisclosed/Off Market Sales Service
As the Market in general has transitioned from being predominantly seller driven, to being more buyer oriented, some decerning clients are now choosing to market their homes using our Undisclosed service.
Unlike last year, today’s market is less likely to attract multiple buyers trying to out-bid each other, buyers are more cautious and price conscious in the current market. Finding a buyer is much more about finding that one perfect buyer and being able to put a deal together that works for both the buyer and seller.
The Off Market Property Listing service is a low-key approach, tailored to each client, but generally means that the property is not marketed via conventional means, no property portals or social media channels, etc. The property is instead marketed to our considerable database of potential buyers, buyers that are often only looking for very specific properties or particular and very specific locations.
