Steve Cook FNAEA - After twenty years in estate agency, Steve Cook joined Clarke Gammon as a Partner to open the Haslemere Office with Mark Steward in 2003. Steve has a wealth of local property knowledge and expertise, having joined a local property developer in Haslemere shortly after leaving school. Five years later he became an Estate Agent with a large corporate agency in Farnham, he was appointed Branch Manager in 1987 and later an Area and Local Director. In 2006, Steve was responsible for the overseeing and opening of the Liphook Office, where he has now been based since early 2018. Initially his responsibilities were to manage the large quantity of new homes the office was dealing with and more recently has been focusing on the mid/upper end of the market in Liphook and the surrounding villages, to which end the office has enjoyed its most successful year for second-hand sales since its opening. Steve is head of Group Sales and is also responsible for the company’s Human Resources and ensures the reputation of Clarke Gammon is maintained through the appointment of high quality staff. Steve has lived in Haslemere since 1972 and his home is on Marley Common, where he has lived for nearly thirty years with his wife. He has two sons, the eldest lives in Australia and the youngest who is a Project Manager is now based in Dubai. Steve is a member of the National Trust, loves visiting country houses and enjoys rambling and coastal walks.

Ben Morre - Ben joined Clarke Gammon’s Liphook team in 2024, having worked in a variety of senior roles within agency across Surrey and Hampshire over previous two decades. He brings with him great experience and a thoughtful approach to all aspects of the promotion and marketing of house selling.
Until recently, Ben worked across a wide part of the surrounding areas of Liphook. Now he has embedded within Clarke Gammon, his focus is to strengthen our brand and service we offer to our clients in the immediate area of Liphook and its neighbouring villages, whilst also promoting our client’s homes with our sister offices in Haslemere and Guildford, as well as through our outstanding networking opportunities via the Mayfair Office.

Sallianne grew up locally and has had a career with British Airways and a background in Customer experience consultancy and training. She has in recent years been enjoying estate agency, working in the local area. Sallianne has three sons, whom all attended Godalming College and are now pursuing careers in teaching, policing, and international relations. She is a keen road cyclist, will mostly be found on a tennis court in her spare time and sings in a gospel choir.
Michelle has lived in Haslemere and the surrounding area for over 25 years, and as such has extensive local knowledge of the area. Michelle has over 15 years experience in customer service, working as a Supervisor with her previous employer Xerox. Michelle is a qualified interior designer and has worked for many clients in the area. She is passionate about home improvements and design, and has project managed the redevelopment of her last three properties. Michelle currently lives in Fernhurst and has three grown up children. She is a keen runner and cyclist and loves to travel.
Kate has a background in the Art and Design world, studying at Epsom Art College and then going on to work as an Interior Designer for private houses in the home counties and London. This profession has given her a passion and a keen eye for all aspects of properties and architecture, potential and appreciation alike. She has lived in the area for several years where she has enjoyed raising her family. Her Children attend the highly regarded Bohunt school and Godalming college. With her golden Labrador she enjoys country walks, exploring the local area far and wide, plays Tennis at a local club and sings in the Church choir.
